news Cycle 2002 + RNAV Visual Approaches 1/30/2020

With AIRAC cycle 2002 released today, RNAV Visual Approaches are included. These approaches are exciting because they contain a little bit of everything as the flight path requires an FMS, the use of ground based, space based or onboard navigation aids, followed by a visual track to landing. You'll find this visual track depicted as a sequence of arrows on the Jeppesen charts.

In cycle 2002 we are starting to include RNAV Visual Approaches in the navdata available via our FMS Data Manager so that you can try these procedures yourself. Especially SKBO and LOWS are interesting because of their mountainous surroundings, but there are more.
